Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Prior to Shipment
If you cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at customer-care@azhagiyal.store. Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated. We advise submitting cancellation requests within 12 hours of order submission to ensure cancellation prior to shipment.
Return Eligibility
All goods sold are non-refundable except in cases of failed delivery, wrong delivery, or goods damaged during delivery. Only items purchased directly from the Azhagiyal Store online shop are eligible for returns.
Eligible reasons for return:
• The item is not what you ordered
• Wrong size or colour compared to the order summary
• Missing items inside the packaging
• Item found damaged upon receipt
• Item has been tampered, refurbished, or modified
Return Requirements
• Item must be shipped back within 7 working days of receipt (with postal or courier proof)
• You must have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt)
• Item must be in new condition, returned in its original packaging with any free gifts
• All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced
• Item must be returned in the original box or suitable protective packaging
Change of order and cancellation will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Refund Process
Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return centre. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the refund will be processed based on your original payment method:
Online Bank Transfer: Full refunds will be credited into your bank account within 3–5 working days.
Credit Card: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank regarding the duration of the credit refund.
